The game looks fascinatingly interesting. I only have to find out how it works now (lol).

I've gotten the hang of it I think, except for foreign aid. I still haven't figured out the "demand" & "recommend" and how to distribute it (they recommend me to send 2.4 aid to Pakistan, and I'm already sending 32?).

Any advice on what to do? I'm pretty lost at the beginning of the game, having totally insufficient foreign aid to send to Israel, Turkey, Pakistan and the Philippines.

Also, can the time be sped up and slowed down?

hi i love this game, been playing it since 1993.

i'm wondering has there ever been other scenarios released for the game besides the few that come with it?

could anyone edit the game and create their own scenario? Perhaps maybe a 2009 scenario or being able to play as another country? This game has so much potential but it deserves more. How cool would it be to play as Iraq and trying to invade nearby countries or play as north korea and develop a nuclear program or becoming more peaceful with other countries and raising the standard of living?
