Greetings! I just love this site and the games it offers, esp. PM2.

My question regards the few gaps in the endings. I'm wondering if there is ANY way to fix those. It seems that some .txt files are missing but the question is how to add them to the compressed Data. I am already desperate that every fan-translation of the other PM games usually stops in its tracks (Except the PM1 one) but I wonder, if huge Morrowind Mods can be created and translated etc. etc. why not PM? Any thoughts?

I have two questions:

1. Is there supposed to be sound? How do I get it?

2. Is there any way to make the game non-full screen? The text is cut off...

Are you running the game through Dosbox, or directly in Windows?

1. Using the default sound settings in Dosbox I got sound (though every few minutes there would be a minor glitch).
2. As for the non-full screen setting: this can also be done by using Dosbox though I don't remember the command or hotkey from the top of my head, I hope someone else will remember

Use DosBox.
You can download it here.

If you have any problems with it, try having a look at the official FAQ on the DosBox site.
Basic Setup and Installation
Command Line
Z instead of C at the command prompt
Internal Programs (important, especially MOUNT)
Most of the stuff in there is not really needed, but you would do best to familiarize yourself with the specific topics I linked to.
The mounting of your DosBox games directory, switching the promt to the emulated C: drive and clearing the screen from previous commands can all be executed from the [autoexec] section of dosbox.conf, so you won't have to re-type them every time round.
Frontend programs can help running DosBox with varying configurations for different games.

Use DosBox, it can be ran in a window - but also you can adjust the fullscreen mode to suit your preferences. For this purpose, enter dosbox conf and set the following: fullscreen=true, fullfixed=true, fullresolution=640x480.

Screenshots? I've edited the PM2.CNF file with the Camera=1 $ Press F5 thing, but I have no idea how to convert the files to normal .jpgs. They are all .B1, .G1, or .R1, which are filetypes I know nothing about. Dur?

I suppose I'll try to DosBox thinger so that the game isn't full screen and so I can click over to my graphics editor...But I still want to know if there's a way to convert the other file types, just for the sake of knowing...

Alas..

Not sure, but you might try opening them with GIMP.

Does anyone know why the game is suddenly ESA protected? Does it mean there's a chance of coming to America?

More likely is that we have been requested to remove the download by copyright holders. C'est la vie.

I just have a question about the patch: what does it mean it;s an uncensor patch? Was the game censored

There's also an attempted rape scene in the game iirc, you can access it by adventuring and fighting a reputable bandit... losing results in the scene. It's pretty good because Cube wails on everyone and saves her behind...

Once again, Gamefaqs has all the details and information regarding the game should you require more knowledge of everything that you can access. Personally I never adventure, until late in the game if at all...
