practically the whole theatre laughed at that, LOL.
I actually blinked when that happened, so I didn't catch it. Suddenly I heard a "flonk", and people started laughing. Gah. Need to watch it again just to catch that moment. I can probably implement it in my attempt to indoctrinate my girlfriend into Star Wars . I mean, she didn't recognize the Imperial March! She's obviously not ok .

You, sir, are an idiot.

As is "lethe" (right, watching Star Wars on your crappy 19"-screen or what-have-you, in 320x256pixels resolution and in stereo... heck, why do I even bother to get deeper into that?)

@ "NOOOO" - Well, what would YOU "say", if you found out that you're burnt beyond recognition (cool bandname, BTW :P ), lost your legs, wife, friends and have been brought back from the remedy of death's embrace... Yeah, right, remain silent...

@ score (and many other things, like the overall-design): It might occur to some that this was done on purpose... you know, to kinda "close the circle" (I almost punched some idiot that was yanking about the "cheap cross-fades" when scenes changed...).

What really bothered me (as in the other two prequels, but they were crap anyway)was that all the battle scenes even made the battle of Endor look like a minor skirmish. Don't get me wrong, it was cool to watch the battle above coruscant, it's just a bad mistake for continuity within the series IMO.
Still a great movie, and certainly way above the other two. I'd almost go so far to rank it on par with "Return of the Jedi".

HERE BE SPOILERS!!!
What George Lucas did really well this time was to make a lot of suggestions which have some "evidence" to them, but he didn't give definite answers (like that stupid "midichlorian"-sh*t...) like "Is Palpatine Anakin's father?" (Think about it, the dialogue about a sith being able to create life just by use of the force - then remember what we know about Anakin's origin. See how Palpatine himself takes over custody over Anakin after his fall to the pit, and that after he obviously had no real care for his former apprentices...)... Just great. Of course there were some points that could've been made even better, but there was no real letdown IMHO (maybe xcept "Obi McClane"...), plus a LOT of great and memorable scenes...
I'll DEFINATELY go and watch that one again (and maybe again and again), and I didn't even watch Episode II for a second time when a friend of mine bought it on DVD...

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who got that feeling after watching the movie.
The entire "there is no father"-thing always bothered me.

Yo, hide those spoilers people - some of us haven't seen it yet!

Like this:

***SPOILERS!***

What you do is set the text color to white so it's readable when highlighted. Cunning, huh?

*** END SPOILER ***

does it have to be three stars?
And I hate having to highlight everything just to be able to read it, cumbersome, isn't it?

As many or as few stars as you like, I just think it looks better that way, and it's simply a courtesy for people who might not want to know the plot, particuarly since the topic title says "no spoilers!" in it - I've not seen it yet but wanted to see what people thought of it.

Well to anybody who knows the old movie Episode III doesn't contain any twists or revelations, at most just food for speculations.
