ok, i'm a relatively young gamer, but have been playing games for a long time, so here are some of my guesses (as those which i was sure of were already answered):

A1: the company is bullfrog, where Peter Molyneux got it from - no clue
A11: I think it was already answered, but Populous: The Beginning (which is, technically Populous 3)
A12: The Sims
B2: Is it Prince of Persia 3D?

All the rest I know have been answered.

E2 & F6 are correct. A10 we already had still, well done. B6 is wrong though - it's already been guessed and is Abyss also from id software.
