on the topic of equality:
It's hardly reachable until either females stop giving birth (or more precisely taking maternity leave) or the males will learn to (which will change or society significantly). That is one of the reasons that there are less CEOs (and high class specilaists)- you just can't affors to lose such a valueble emploee for several years. the other reason is that while statisticaly the average woman is a tad bit superior ot the average man, men do have a higher perantege of gifted people (this concers specialist part more) as well as a higher percentage of misfits (it seems we're natures testground).
