Thanks, Wendy!

I don't have anything to post at the moment, not anything worth posting, anyways.
But I just got a "new" camera today!! Canon AE1.

I simply LOVE it!! My dad gave it to me. He bought it sometimes in 1976-1980, not sure, but he hasn't used it much since he got a digital camera. So he gave it to his little freak

*runs off to take more photos*

hey puffin!

what a nice gift from your dad!
several years ago, my dad gave me his old cam, too! it's a pentax super A.
although i have to admit, that digital cams are much more comfortable in a way,
the pictures which i have taken with this oldtimer-device are nearly unbeatable!

its lens is by far more sensitive to light and colours than any of the two digi cams
i own. the quality of the pictures shot with the pentax are easily balancing out the
fact that its pictures still have to be "generated" in a photo lab...

for example, the grasshopper photography i've put into the photo-thread has
been taken with the pentax.

"old" cameras can deliver great results!

have fun with yours!!!

Thanks, Talon and Strobe!!!

I just found a pic I took last year. I'm pretty sure I haven't posted it here before :whistle:

Taken in Hvalfjör?ur, close to Iceland, on a digital camera.

Iceland looks so peaceful, relaxing and holds a magical secret... :wub:
Hope my country will look like that someday...(in 1 million years.)

Muahhahaha doubleposting..... *'evil'*

I took some photos yesterday, of friends of mine, a couple. They're so cute together
Those are pretty different than my older pics.. that is, not landscape :bleh:

~~~
Those are my favourites of the ones I took on a digital camera. I haven't printed out the ones I took on film yet.
But the thing is.. I'm not sure I like them because of personal reasons, or because they're (possibly) any good. That's why I need your help Whaddayathink?
EDIT: I know of few buggy things about them. Alissa's temple is fukcedup because of her glasses, the window on the top left is pretty distracting, Alissa's glasses are cut off on the right, etc. Please try to overlook that
And I messed up when removing the date stamp on the second one....
