![]() temp files is a good way although they may not be too many if you are not using the internet on that computer. if you know how to do it, you might defragment your hd, but don't ask me how you do that in win 3.1
And there also is the way of just running scandisk on a regular basis. if you do these, your hd should be in top shape. |

![]() you can chek the dos temp files directory and assuming this is dos 6x to defrag to this at the c:\ promot type this c:\defrag
and hit enter it should run defrag |

![]() also to save space use the drive space or double space command you have dos 5x-6.2x it is double space and 6.22 and up had drive space including win9x dos 6.21 was made when a company sued microsoft for using the name dobule space since their product was called that any way the commands are
also to find your dos version type ver doublespace= c:\dblspace drivespace=c:\drvspace |

Maybe you can help me with a problem. I have a P 75 PC, DOS 6.22, and i can turn it on, start to play any game, but after a short time, the system halts and it won't go any further. i can only reset the pc. As you might imagine, such a problem makes a pc unuseable, so if you know anything that might help, plz :help: me! |
