I have a problem with this game...

When I enter into the cave where the saltpetre and the computer are
the game stops after a while without any error messages.

Could that be because of the copy protection?

Does anybody encountered with this problem?

Please help me!

Shouldn't be happening, but then I didn't make it that far into the game myself.

I found some cheat for RR.
I mean this cheat:
Press X + B + C at the options menu that appears before game play
begins The phrase "Cheat mode on" will appear at the bottom of the
screen to confirm correct code entry. Selectable objects and
locations such as entrances, enemies, food, etc. will be highlighted
on the map. Trepliev may be moved instantly from one location to the
next while on the map screen. All items, weapons, and clothing will
be available, with unlimited ammunition for the more powerful
weapons. To play the game without the full set of cheats, begin and save a
new game with cheat mode disabled. Restart the game by using the
cyanide capsule. Enable cheat mode and load the previously saved
game. This will enable the teleportation and marked map options
but keep the items originally present in their normal numbers.

I don't know why it doesn't work.
If somebody kdow much as I, please told me.

It seems to be a bogus cheat someone made up. Not sure why the heck did this thing spread so widely over the net.

But no, it doesn't work.
Save editing seems to be possible, but when I've tried to do it in the past I ended up with some weird results. Read: human camel Trepliev with inane stomach capacity.

a friend of mine and i get the same error! in the western caves after a short time the compass looks weird and the game doesn't react anymore. the time is going on (he burps, the heartbeat/-presure/temperature changes) its possible to save every 5-10 seconds to get through the caves, but its not funny...

but still a great game! abandonia, you guys rule!

Actually, there should be an EXE file with a viewer bundled with them. Look into where you unpacked the files and see if there is one in there.

Cheers, couldn't find it, but irfan works fine.


New Topic: In the 1st section there are TWO caves, both with computers... do you need ALL the computers at the end or are they good for something else?
