I have a problem with the game.

On the second copyprotect check in white tower the old lady ghost always asks such word that does not exist. Usually wants a third or fift word in first line or second line. But how there could be a third or fift word in first line?? only 1 word there is.

anyway, even if not asked a word in headings line, there is always to few words on the line, or no word started with given letter.

I have been asked following words:
page 6, line 6, word 1, t
page 10, line 3, word 3, t
page 17. line 3, word 3, r
page 16, line 2, word 1, l
Page 5, line 1, word 3, l
Page 5, line 2, word 5, t
and so on and so on...

if any of you know reason for such idiotism, or sees that I'm, please tell.

I tried to play every single thing I can, before goint to white tower, but still... the old hag keeps asking for word that does not exist at all.

I think you're looking in the wrong manual. You need to look in the Book of Lore, not the technical manual. The Book of Lore contains information about the history and the races of the Lands. I still have this book somewhere and I will look up those words you've posted earlier. It might be a few days until I have the time to search for the book, though. Please be patient...

"Die 48 Items im gemeinsamen Gep ck" (they forgot to translate it) means "The 48 items in shared inventory".

When you click on the link in post #2, you'll find the item locations (offset 618-713).

Other than that, I do have a savegame from a guy nicked Reanimator from the start of the game, with items not found anywhere in the game. However, these don't have any graphics not used elsewhere in the game. I think it has some of the items from the bottom list:

I've also tried hex-editing myself, and once I got an item 'Quarrel', that looked like one of the Great Mauls, but it wasn't equipable. In fact, it didn't do anything.

you ppl probably know this buy now but search lands of lore gog and not only will u get the games 1 and 2 but it has the voices and the whole game without it asking for pass just save a lot in lands of lore 2 cuz it crashes some time
