This is too much. You sound like a 5-year-old who was just told that it was wrong stealing that toy from his best friend. If ribell tells you something about family values, you should listen, just as if it were your own parents, friends or whatever telling you. You defended your point, and now you're done.
WTF man get offa me already okay? I got yer point, we are done. period. And don't ever 5-year-old me kid, I'm exactly that much older than you <_< It's not my problem you all understand what you WANT TO understand from what I said... Then you start to coming at me like you had the right to...

and what is with the sudden change of opinion there huh? <_< look:

Good idea, playbahnosh. It may seem a little hard, but it would definitely have worked with my parents. They don't know squat about computers. But what about your parents?

The makeshift malfunctios playbahnosh suggested are all very good...

Kidding. They're right, don't do any permanent damage to it. The
motherboard/power thing sounds good. And make your parents
think you're doing your best to fix the thing.

And now suddenly...

As pointed out earlier, faking a breakdown is just not fair to
his parents...

Am I the only one noticing this? At least when I say something I stick to my opinion, not sleekly change it as the wind blows. <_< You are in absolutely no position to tell me off so cut the hypocrite BS already!

I'm not going do a defensive speech again, go and misunderstand all you want... <_<

No one should be afraid to change their minds about something if the perceptions that formed their original opinion no longer seem to be valid. Vacillating with the winds of popular opinion and maintaining an invincible ignorance are two extremes of assimilating information. Both are pathologically flawed. Every time we encounter something new, or determine that something we once believed to be false requires a re-examination of how we perceive everything else. More often than not, we can carry on just as before, but occassionally, the universe changes and new vistas are opened up to us [Reading assignment: The Day the Universe Changed, by James Burke; a look at a few times in history when what we learned changed what we saw].

In a very real sense, what we learn changes who we are, and this is not an inherently bad thing.

this seems like an interesting book. i wonder if our library has it. does it also say anything on how the changes occur? how to stimulate them?

........it failed.

Thanks to my little sister!
I told him about this little operation and she promised to "act like its sabotaged". However, when I next day told him that she couldnt go to the internet, she yelled at me then she fixed the computer.

My parents still dont know that im behind this, so I can try something else now....

Money? My parents wont give me any money. I do have the basic 10€/week, but everytime i ask for money, they say: Sorry, not now/Sorry, i dont have any cash right now...etc.

Job? I still have school to go: Homework, writings, test..etc.

Chosen, if you make that much money in a week you should be able to save up for a PC in bareable time, I make twenty dollars a month, and it took me two years to save up for my own PC.
It's just a matter of endurance :P
