Trying to create a woman's face again. I think this one turned out rather nice, compared to the last one. The first one got way too skinny and had this strange look on her face. But I'm still saying women got damn difficult faces to do right. Two versions: On the second one, I just added white to the hair on the 1st one. I think I like the 2nd one better, with the hair more matching the rest of the picture.
Also edited the other woman to give her a better nose... again. Now I'm sick of her.

Ok, Starting from "scratch" here, trying to paint trees, on my way to be able to paint complete sceneries. Hints and tips on techniques greatly appreciated.

and you said the tree was the last one for tonight :P

i must say, the those sceneries are realy great. the second looks more real, both with solid lines and spray though, but the first one is good too, invokes a nostalgic atmosphere at night

Yes, I said that, but I couldn't sleep. :P Actually, I don't like the first one that much. Too much fantasy clichè for my liking. Sort of picture you'd find anywhere. The last pic is more to my liking, simply because I really enjoy walks like that Also, I had Giles in mind. He was a master in pen-drawing snow and snowy landscapes. Different style, but I tried to imagine his winter drawings.

For The Monster, I used a photo I found on the Internet. I just wanted to check if I could copy by eye sight.

Dig the spray portraits without the eyes.
An eternity of emptiness/horror lurking in those soulless sockets.

Thanks, chumloofah

Here's two more for my monster collection (let's face it, monsters are way more fun than dreadfully boring faces), a zombie where I tried the same trick with the compressor glitch, as with wolfman. I'm not particularily happy with this one, the face looks too twisted and bent, even for an undead. I tried to shape him better in the 2nd one, and I'll see if I'll bother with him any more.

I'm imagining him saying "Really? You don't say?!"
