Hi, Im from Germany so my English maybe sound kind of bad
 I have a problem with Hammer of the Gods and I hope you can help me to fix it. The game itself runs without any problems but I want to play it in multiplayer mode. My OS is WinXP SP3. I have configured IPX and the connection to the server works well. Now Hammer doesnt find a NetBios driver (Says that when I klick on the button "anwer any game" -> "Network") Now I dont know what to do. In the WinXp settings it looks like the NetBios drivers are installed (I installed the protocol for IPX and NetBios is included there as far as I know) NetBios is activated as well. I hope you can help me. Spacerat |

You can play it on DOSbox via hamachi, iirc. But I'll let someone who's used it help you with that one.

Both pc´s are in the same network so i haven´t to use hamachi

According to the DOSBox readme you need to download a certain netbios.exe file from somewhere. The full instructions on how to use it afterwards is in the DOSBox readme.

We both still use de same pc as before same windows xp home as before same dosbox .72 as before, I tried my latest game with dosbox .73 but it still crashes ands restarts I play it mostly with 4 human players on 1 pc, so we don’t us a network.. Try with Dosbox 0.74 the latest release. That might help with the crashing.

I'm pretty surprised no company has tried to do an updated version of HotG, with new graphics, extra features, but keeping the core game. It's very well designed.
