- I'm young and easily bored, the best candidate for a gamer really.
I'm studying Animation Design at university and am actually hoping to head into the gaming world, so you never know I could be churning out some new classics in a few years.
I have a high respect for classic DOS Gameplay, I feel the world of gaming today leaves a lot to be desired. The graphics may be nice and all, but nothing can quite compare to a good storyline, followthrough characters and hours of solid gameplay (is it me, or do games these days last about 3 hours? ¬_¬ If I want a game, I want to be a total hermit for at least a week while I'm playing it !)
I do love the everybody loves them classics. UFO, Doom, Discworld, Monkey Island and Lands of Lore. Silent Hill and World of Warcraft.
I like the kinds of games that clearly show they've had a lot of thought and effort put in them.
And what happened to the point and click genre anyway?
I'm constantly trying to get people involved in DOS gaming, though I think the majority of my flatmates just think I'm weird. I think it's mostly because I'm one of the few girls that play these kinds of games around here.
