Thanks for the compliments guys! It feels great to become an important part of something you love and I'm glad it's appreciated. I think this was a very important first step for the Spanish Abandonia, however there's still lot of rooms for improvement. For now I'm taking a little break, but I've been toying with the idea of translating as much of the interface as possible in the near future. I just posted translated versions of the little nerd signs on the Spanish thread (here). Those are just preliminary, I'm currently double checking some of the wording with my team. I'd also like to inquire about the possibility of translating the site interface via the Drupal database. Not every single string, but at least the most important ones for the visitors. It seems like a very straightforward task but I won't tinker with that unless the staff approves. My goal is a Spanish Abandonia that is on par with the English site, but a couple of serious bugs still stand in the way. I hope Studentis get them squashed soon! See you around people. |

When are the Japanese, French, German, Swahili and Welsh translations coming? Sorry, not going to celebrate translating them into Spanish. |
