This is not the case of one huge company having a monopoly or something and forcing all the little family companies to the second and worse place.
Unless you think that BMW, DaimlerChrysler, Honda, Renault, Toyota, that are behind the other teams are small ma and pa stores.
I agreed that it was getting boring having always Ferrari win, but the other teams should improve, not change the rules till they can manage to "fight back". And it is not just about money, those companies have money.
