Yes that's the one, my bad on likening it to Tropico, which is more of a empire builder/ management type of game, I believe it to be somewhat abandoned, though one reseller may have it for $80 in the double pack, it and the expansion. A follow up America II was planned, but as I said earlier the company has changed directions, so if anyone nows where I can pick the pack up on the cheap, $80 is way to much considering it's overall low scores, and medicore reception, I would pick it up for under $10 in a quick minute, and would even do what I can to track down the parties needed to try and get them to release it to the community.
