In dosbox folder (default C:\Program Files\DOSBox-0.63) there is a dosbox.conf file that contain options. Open it with Notepad. Try to find [sblaster] section. There you can choose which sb should be emulated.
If you are here, you can put for example mount commands at the end of the file. This works like autoexec.bat.
btw which soundblaster is better: pro or 16 ? :P
