It reminds me strongly on other, now old, game, that came out only to be a multiplayer game. It was looking almost entirely the the same, although it was sort of like a flight-combat-simulator with no plane, but a strange flying "thing" instead. It was in 3D-perspective because of that, too. I don't recall the name anymore, though. It was called something like Outer Ridge or Outer Rim or something...
