I found it! David started a company and eventually put out a windows version. I just emailed him asking how to register and unlock the other maps. I found it in a very extensive shareware list at

Thanks everyone for all your help. I knew that eventually somehow I would find it.
The game review idea is a good idea. I will try to put one together. The game does not look like much but it is addictive and easy to play. I do not like the windows version because it is more work with the mouse. The DOS version flows well. If you try it, give it a bit before you decide if you like it or not.
