Oh yes, Belgium will unleash wars upon the world using it's most deadly weapon... it's utterly tactless ministers of foreign affairs.
Our previous one managed to offend the US and France at the same time, and our new one managed to insult Premier Balkenende from the Netherlands and the entire leadership of the DR Congo... all in but a few months time.
