Dude! What wtf are you talking about? What is this nonsense about british people willing to kill everyone else but just not having the excuse? In my 8 years living (mostly) in the UK, I have experienced some racism (Which exists in every country), but the majority of people are not. Also, even for the minority that is racist, that doesn't mean they also want to kill everyone else. I believe you either have no idea how the mind of a racist works (I do), or you are trolling.
People here do not need a scapegoat. They are angry and upset as anyone would be in such a case, but they are not planning on how to kill muslims.
Al-Qaida exists. In fact it exists for some time now, even before the attacks in the USA. Osama Bin Laden also exists and is the killer that is said to be. He was trained by the best...The thing is that Al-Qaida is not an army, it doesn't even have the organization of say Hamas. There is a core of supporters and financiers, but what they are doing is using other existing groups across the world to "ally" with them to make them look bigger and stronger. Which in a way it succeeds. Even if tomorrow the top say 100 people of Al-Qaida are arrested or killed, Al-Qaida could in theory still continue. Though thinking of the past it would probably lead to the other groups renaming to something else and just continue what they are doing best. That would not mean that Al-Qaida didn't exist, but that they work in the warlord model of the hundrend years war (europe). These people are (even when they have education, wealth) simply barbarians.
Russia having one of the best armies in the world? Not anymore. They have some good equipment, but the whole system is so corrupted and so much under funded that if it wasn't so tragic it would be a great joke. What most people fear of Russia is its nuclear stockpile, not its conventional armed forces. FFS the largest part of the fleet is collecting rust, soldiers are killing themselves, and the little money that should go for maintenance, supplies and R&D goes mostly in pockets of individuals.
