cheers guys i know im gonna do it this time. im determined. and i have been reading about the psycholigy of quitting as well before i started this attempt so i feel i have the mental tools in place in order to do it. is now third day no smokin and im feeling better than i did the previos 2 days actually. once i get through today i am no longer physically addicted. the first major test is going to be going down the pub.
im definatly going to take a picture of my throat for the people who have been saying smoking is cool.
