Hmm, well, around 3-4 hours per day, and I started it last Thursday, so 1 week of work.
Actually, it's pretty simple to draw those pictures on the PC, more simply than on paper - you just draw rough lines that serve as a "skeleton" of the picture, then add more fine ones, still more like a "skeleton" and then you'll just have to zoom in everywhere and work on the small details. This last part actually is the main work and takes really much time.
The main reason it's better to draw on PC is that you can edit the picture everytime and change any detail, while on paper you're more limited, even with a pencil.
