Here goes.
Download the game.
Unzip to the folder c:\nomad
Run DOSBox
type mount c c: press enter
type c: press enter
type cd nomad press enter
type nomad press enter
PLAY!
If the sound still doesn't work look for NOMAD.CFG file (look at it in windows. It's in the Nomad folder - it might say it's a microsoft outlook file. Open it with NOTEPAD and make sure it only says SB27 and nothing else in that file). Then run the DOSBox again.
