Nope, that's not a bed, it's a thing called "toptschan" and so far I only saw such things in Tadschikistan. It's a place where MANY people can sit down to talk to each other, relax when they're tired or fishing in the river, where the last function fits most on this picture. The "toptschan" is also around 3 times larger as a normal bed.
