Hey all, I'm not new as I've been using the site for about 8 months now. However I've only just registered on the forum!
Anyhoo - for all you peeps who where struggling with Fable freezing when you start a new game. I was also having this problem where if I did anything with the mouse or pressed return the game would freeze. However once I read ukm's post (thanks ukm!) I turned the cycles on dosbox up to 10000 (it seemed a nice round figure
) and that solved the problem and I can now play the game.
I still had the problem with saving the game though - it's a good job it puts a thumbnail of your location up or I'd forget which save was which!
