I have to vote for:
Malcolm the Jester from the Kyrandia games (he's evil, but funny)
Purple Tentacle from Day Of The Tentacle (he's evil, but kinda cute)
Shodan from System Shock (just plain scary)
I also have to say Gollum from LOTR films. Poor, misunderstood Gollum.
