free running is one of the first skills a human player needs, but when you have no weapon or melee skills then it would be the best thing to buy either a weapon/firearm skill or a melee skill.. after that it's time to buy free running..
but hey.. thats your descission, that's only my suggestion, how i would use my Xp ..

yeah i saw that graffiti too.. now afaik only a1s has a spraycan.. i tried to find one at some autorepair shops but i didn't found one..
