I don't now about the PD you're currently in but I've been going to the Serrell Building to earn XP for two days now. The zeds outside the place don't seem to be doing much. They were 13 yesterday, there's only 9 of them left ATM. They could be trying to protect a source of syringes but my guess is that it's only a pack where they regroup to rest. As far as I can see, their presence isn't a bad thing, seeing how XP isn't all that abundant in our area.
I'll try to join you at the Newbould Place Police Dept and help with the fight as soon as I get enough APs. Sounds like easy XP
