@abi79: When I was travelling to Yagoton, I cut through Shearbank coming from Roachtown. I ran out of AP in an area infested with zed's. Every corner around me was occupied by at least three of them. I had to rest completely alone in an unbarricaded building surrounded by some 40 zed's. When I checked in next morning, expecting to find myself killed, I was surprised to find that I was still alive. When I went outside there was not a z in sight.
If the building you're in isn't a target of some kind, and if no z spotted a survivor entering the building, and if you didn't attack anyone one your way in, you should be allright
