I think that keeping or HQ, or at least some sort of outpost, right in the middle of the suburb is a good thing for our newer members. Those of us who aren't leveling too quickly can train peacefully until they can afford free running.
About the WIKI, as far as I'm concerned, if anyone feels like taking care of it: go right ahead.
