Just care as much for your daughter, and don't let her work as much, but a little, like in the church. That requires that you have enough money available, so it's a hard way. Talk with your daughter daily, always buy her dolls or other things for birthday, and not only then but also at some days. Spend often holidays with her, those that are more fitting to the time of the year, and let her more free time.
In other words, indulge her and fill her time with your presence, but don't be too allowing to her, either. It's still hard to make her to start to love you, you would need to be not too old but more to her age, and the birthdays play a role too, the horoscopical fitting.
