bobbin, you need to level up your character fast, because i saw your profile and you still aren't good at anything: you have basic firearms but do not have an shotgun or pistol ability; you can identify necrotech buildings but you cannot operate syringes.
so my advice for you is, first, you must decide what direction you are going to: do you want to be a scientist? or a military? or whatever?
and when you decide that, you have several options... either spend your AP searching for ammo and then killing zombies to level up your firearms skills... or spend them at a necrotech building and extracting DNA till you can buy the skill to use serynges!
only then you will have an direct purpose to serve and help the group with that!
