Would they, though? Isn't it far more likely that the games which would end up being chosen as Game of the Week are the ones that everybody favours anyway? Seriously: what chance would a game like, say, Wishbringer, stand against the popular favourites?
I also suspect people might feel cheated when they see a new entry in the news section only to discover that it's about a game that has been available on the site for quite a while. And strictly speaking it
would be cheating, really.
