I finally was able to find someone online through another forum that was kind enough to send me a copy of the CD, and because of that, they are now $20 richer.
Thanks for all the stuffed shirts here who stood up for poor Lucas Arts' 15 year old out of print copyright. Heaven forbid one of your guy's CDs gets a crack in it. You'd think this was a forum for RIAA supporters, the way I was attacked for fair use.
Besides that, IMO, if a game has been out of print for some time, is not publically available, and the company has no future plans for the game, it should enter the public domain.
