First, connect the thing to a monitor and keyboard and power it up. The system specs will display at one point during boot time.

Most of them, yes. In some you might need a slow-down prog, like Mo'slo. Note that you'd better have a 1MB graphics card and above 4 megs of RAM (suggested 8 to 24)

Most of them, I guess. If it's a DX4/100, then pretty much all.
