I take it this means you are no longer losing every mission!
Before Psi labs,I tend to move faster in Ethereal missons, so I can take them out before they can Mc you repeatedly. There weaker physically so you can move in smaller groups or on their own, this will cover ground faster... as for getting Psi labs, dont forget your stun launchers!
