That would make it very difficult to "MOD" these forums.... We all are supposed to be "civilized", but if we have too much freedom, that freedom can turn to something else.
I could say a lot "dirty words" in Portuguese, and only a few members would understand them, but what would visitors think when they stepped in to these posts: "hey look, these guys are a bunch of retarded, and no one controls them"
Although some rules may look too severe, they all exist for some reason, so let's try to accomplish them
