There are art faeries in the forest, I am 100% certain of this, as that's where I always use them (because I go to them during her second year, when she's too weak to go anywhere else).
There are also cooking in the forest. The art are just a little south of the cooking, in that little area with the tree and the stumps.
I really, really would like to get a look at the code to see exactly how they program that qualifications. I think that would be awesome.
