firts let me begin with saying that was meant as a joke.
but if you insist:
1: yup, sure a great advance... when youre on a highway at night. in the city mostly you just stand in trafic. which is why I don't own a car. Allso according to many studies the whole 'need for speed' issue causes alot of stress related sickness. Icluding fatal ones such as heart attacks, not to mention the good ol' suicide.

wait, it just acured to me: what do you mean
Quote:
DOESN'T STAND
? does it kill people or not? well then it should be something like "IRRELEVANT" or "TOO SMALL TO MATTER", because it does stand. same for 3 and 4.

now resuming our schedeled progarming:

2: you seem to forget economics: if you buy more of stuff prices go up, if you sell more they go down. the fact that the people in africa are poor is only significant beacuse if the food is expensive, no? I know what you are going to say: "the prices can't be much higher that they would be in the vegetarian world. " to tell the truth I don't know, what I do know is that today 40% (give or take 4%) of the edible plants are consumed by domesticated animals. If you agree africans would be dieing anyway, you must agree that more of them are dieing today.

3:
-little Bobby! you killed our cat.
-but mommy, I wanted to make furcoat for you!
-oh, I can't stay angry at you, go buy another cat.
WHO IN THE WORLD TOLD YOU, THAT YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL SPECIES?!?!

4:I have to agree that yes it is indeed unavoidible- you have to eat (returning to 3, that is not- you can live in warm climates, or you can grow fur (if you stoped fighting it's growth for a while), it is simply convenient to make clothes out of other animals, it always was). still the plants die. it is absurd I know, but that means you support killing of plants
