You get them from the Kall. You can encounter them in the Phoenix system, and eventually they'll ask you from some mineral, saying they'll trade 100,000 credits. Say you want something besides money to get the battle tank plans. [/b][/quote]
Anyone... am I supposed to get the battle tank plans from the Phelonians? I remembered that they were losing against the kalls, and they needed help. So I traded some 10000 Energons for battle tank plans.
Well, they got destroyed by 2928-1-8, and now the Kalls and Morgruls joined up against me. I thought the Kalls is supposed to ally up with me?
help help! Perhaps I shouldn't have agreed to help the phelonians since they're a lost cause?
