I'm running this game on an old 386DX/40 (with 32 mb ram) and I still don't have enough EMS for sound?!?

Try running 'mem' or 'memmaker' or maybe 'memmkr' I don't remember the exact command, but whatever it was allowed me to change the memory allocation between EMS and XMS. Different programs liked different kinds of memory. If those don't help, try this site:

I'd use my mom's old comp if it didn't irritate me all to hell. I can't handle the 5 minute reboots. Also, if you're running it from windows, try running it from dos (saves memory).
Hope this's still of use.
