Yeah, I was born
with a brain inside my head. I really can understand what's good and what's not. Graphics plays a big role in any game. I say that because noone wants to stare at a great game (I don't know the plot of Monkey Island, but the screens ruined it reputation to me) with crappy graphics (+ I hate apes and such...).
BP, Hitman is THE best at stealth I've ever played. I have heard of Metal Gear Solid, but I'm andgry at the creators for not making it on PC. I heard it's ultimate steath too, but Hitman:Blood Money is absolutely fantastic. What makes it that is the fact that enemies can recognise you and blow your cover any time they want in the whole game. They have memories - can identify you at any given time. THAT'S what makes it best. Period.
