No sorry, I don't play on open battle-net so I don't really have anything to offer you. However as I'm familiar with Hero Editor I could create some character with useful (legal) items for you, or you could even do the same yourself. Just download latest Hero Editor here:

It's easy to use with some experimenting and time. Of course, with it you can make yourself god and become the mega-cheater, but it's all up to you
Quest 3 in Act 5 is difficult, that's right. Again requires someone strong with good items to help you, which would be easy to find in closed b-net...
