Hi, Holly. Are you using Win 98? The game must have about 570ks of conventional Dos memory. And it must have this kind of thing in your config sig:

DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
DOS=HIGH,UMB
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE RAM
devicehigh=C:\BTCCDROM.SYS /D:OEMCD001

DOS and the devices must be loaded high to conserve conventional memory. To see how much memory you have (if using Windows 98) go into the Dos prompt and type 'mem'. If you have less than about 560-570ks under the FREE column in conventional memory then you'll have to free some up by loading high the devices or taking some out that you don't need to play the game.

However, if you have Win XP, I can't help you as I've never used this OS. If you ask in the Trouble Shooting section, someone who also has this sytem will be able to help.
