I have a Wired optical mouse with 2 mouse buttons and a weel in the middle. It rocks.

Still Alt-Tab, but it's better this way. With my spastic fingers i would hit the mouse button responsible for it out of accident to often. LOL
And Wireless sucks. All my Stuff is wired when possible.
