It's quite buggy regarding injuries and player errors, and I lost a saved game a season and a half into it due to file corruption. I anticipate a patch soon.
File corruption on a two week old game, on a PC that never gave me a day's trouble... <_<

Heh, I think we're all quite used to it from Sports Interactive these days :P It'll be great once it's patched, as always.
