I'm not quite sure how this will work, but, just in case, here's my application:
Name - Shrek N'Stein (what else could it be :bleh: )

Skin colour - green
Looks - Tall, bald, long ears, brown eyes, a little over-weight.
Clothes - Just some dark trousers, a white shirt and a brown coat without sleeves.
Personality - Looks ugly, rude and unfriendly, but melts down when someone pays him attention.
