A finnish magazine, Pelit.

I also checked the game on wikipedia and it also says that its made by 3DO Interactive.

The Wikipedia article doesn't say it was made by 3DO Interactive, but that it was made for the 3DO console.

Return Fire is a 1995 video game developed by Silent Software, Inc. for the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer and later ported to Windows personal computers and PlayStation in 1996.[/b]
It lists the exact same producers and publishers that Moby does. Remember that 3DO is both the name of a company, and a gaming console.

As for Dark Legions, that game is still sold.
