The Wikipedia article doesn't say it was made by 3DO Interactive, but that it was made
for the 3DO console.

It lists the exact same producers and publishers that Moby does. Remember that 3DO is both the name of a company, and a gaming console.
As for Dark Legions, that game is still sold.
