Uhm... No.
The game is heavily protected by ESA and Vivendi Universal. We ain't gonna put that up and risk a lawsuit.

I'm sure you can find the game as a torrent or maybe through some sharing network. I doubt they'd sue anybody for sharing a game that's this unappreciated by the company...even if it is ESA protected. Half-Life I could understand, but not a game genre that the company has chosen to ignore. To me, the ESA warning is pretty much just a way to keep users angry  and jealous of others who were lucky enough to get the game (illegally or legally).
And if a suit did happen, it would bring publicity (hopefully the ones being sued would make a commotion) and that would maybe cause fans everywhere to speak out against Sierra's stupid policy of not re-releasing its old Sierra/Dynamix games. :ranting:
I recently bought the Space Quest collection, hopefully we'll see a Quest For Glory collection and a "Miscellaneous" games collection too (for the games like Willy Beamish, Gold Rush, Freddy Pharkas, The Incredible Machine, and others). Oh well, I guess I can just keep looking in the meantime. Too bad I wasn't looking for the game in 2003 when it was easier to find.
